Facebook has announced many features and updates in recent times but the one that many users will be happy with is the Live Chat support of you ever get locked out of your Facebook account. This is the first time that Facebook is offering this support for people locked out of their account.
Facebook users whose accounts have unusual activity due to being hacked or committing a violation of community standards triggering the lock can now have an avenue for recourse with the Live Chat function.
Other changes announced by Facebook for Page and group admins includes better moderation with keyword blocking, moderation assistance that can auto-hide comments with links or images, the ability to block a user along with any new accounts they try to make later, and a dedicated spot to view hidden comments.
It's still a small test currently but expect the rollout to begin sometime next year to all users globally. Creators on Facebook will also be getting a slew of new features that you can read about on their official website.
